1. What areas do you service?

No, you do not need to be home during service. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the cleanup. If your yard has a gate or security code, please provide that information when signing up to avoid delays. If your dog is friendly, they can be outside while we clean—just let your technician know in advance.

The frequency of service depends on the number of dogs you have and your personal preference. We offer:

Weekly cleanups – Most popular option
Bi-weekly cleanups – Budget-friendly option for low-waste yards
One-time cleanups – Perfect for events or seasonal yard maintenance

We bag and dispose of all pet waste responsibly and we place waste in your trash bins after we have ensured it is double bagged. If no trash bin is available, we will leave the bags in a neat pile by your fence or another reasonable location.

Billing & Payments

6. How do I pay for services?
We process payments through our secure client portal. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.
We bill customers on the 1st of each month before services are provided. For one-time cleanups, payment is collected after the job is completed.
No! We believe in flexibility and convenience. Our services are contract-free, and you can cancel anytime without penalties.
Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you’re ever dissatisfied with our work, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!

Service & Scheduling

11. What time will you arrive?
We do our best to provide a 45-minute notice before arriving, but we cannot guarantee exact appointment times. Service times depend on the number of cleanups scheduled for the day.
If your cleanup day falls on Christmas, Christmas Eve, the 4th of July, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving, we will skip that day and provide double service the following week. You will still be charged the normal amount, as the total waste collected remains the same.
Yes! We work rain or shine, as long as conditions are safe. If extreme weather (heavy snow, ice storms, or severe thunderstorms) makes cleanup impossible, we will reschedule or double up service the following visit.
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or skip a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll accommodate your request.
Yes, you can pause your service for vacations or seasonal breaks. Simply contact us, and we’ll adjust your schedule accordingly.

16. Do you disinfect your tools?
Absolutely! We use kennel-grade disinfectants to sanitize all equipment after every job. This prevents the spread of bacteria, viruses, and parasites, ensuring your yard stays safe for your family and pets.
Yes! Contrary to popular belief, dog waste does not act as fertilizer. In fact, it contains harmful bacteria that can damage grass, create brown spots, and attract pests. Regular cleanups keep your lawn healthy and safe.

19. How do I update my billing or service details?
You can manage your subscription, update payment info, and adjust your service plan through our client portal. If you need assistance, feel free to call or email us.
You can cancel anytime without penalties. Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled cleanup, and we’ll process the cancellation.
